New Clients Seeking Substance Use Treatment |
Our Substance Use Treatment program offers same day access for new clients who live in Polk County and have the Oregon Health Plan (OHP)If you are seeking support related to alcohol or drug use but do not have OHP or other insurance, contact Polk County’s Behavioral Health Resource Network (BHRN) at 503-623-1709, or visit us at our Dallas location. The BHRN program offers free resources and assistance with accessing substance use treatment. |
What is Same Day Access? |

Same day access is available to new clients who live in Polk County and have the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). Start by completing registration. We’ll notify when you’ve been added to our system (typically within 1 business day), after which time you may call any day Monday through Friday before noon for a same day Intake appointment. This gives you more flexibility - you choose what day works best for your schedule. There is no screening or wait time to see a provider. Intake appointments occur Monday through Friday at 1:30 and take approximately 90 minutes. |

Complete the Registration Forms Download the Registration Packet from the Supporting Documents listed below and complete the forms. 3. Turn in Registration Forms Drop off completed forms at any of our 3 locations. We also offer an online registration form for Polk County residents who have the Oregon Health Plan.
